Can you believe Christmas is only three months away! Snow, hot chocolate, selecting gifts, wrapping and decorating is soon going to be underway for many people.
Most important is that Christmas is when we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Growing up, Mom baked a birthday cake for Jesus every year, and we all blew out the candles. We read the Christmas story and prayed and thanked Him for what he's done for us. Then we opened our presents! We carry this tradition, minus the cake, each year. My brother, Mitch, when he was little, had an old record player and he couldn't wait to play his "Happy Birthday" record. It was so cute. I love hearing about other's Christmas traditions.
